They are working good, they got my info as they already have they verified me and have sent me the legal documents on my door address, i read carefully and signed them regarding my car accident they did not charge a single penny out of my pocket and provided me the compensation money within 8 working days. Nightly calls to my elderly father trying to get him to make an injury claim following a minor incident many months ago when no-one was injured. They will not stop the calls despite repeated requests and are reluctant to give details about who they are and the name of the company, but two of them have now given the name as Samuel Brooks.

Are based in Scotland with no known office in 01305 exchange area. Have calls from Scotland re-routed through local exchange numbers in order to persuade people to answer a local number. If you call it back, then the call is again re-routed back to their Scotland office. Not sure if this is an illegal practice under telephony legislation, but would be interested if anyone can come up with the legislation about having calls re-routed to give the answering CLI the impression that the call is local.

I was ignored when i requested to be taken off their call list. I was ignored when i said a had multiple health issues so cover would be worthless. SCAM! Called saying I have evaded tax and there is an arrest warrant. Pressing 1 led me to the hold music and a robot which most scammers use which say your call is very important to us. This is definitely not how you would be contacted for tax fraud. You would be arrested already.

Different numbers starting with 020 8894 keep calling me and when I don't pick up they never leave a message. It's a number that purports to be in Trafalgar Square, but is in fact an Indian call centre.
They have called me 4 times in 2 weeks about energy saving products for solar panels. Each time we have politely declined their offer and asked to be removed form their call list. Today during asking to be removed from the list, they just put down the phone with me mid sentence.
