After completing my reference checks Rentshield think it is OK to persistently phone me, trying to sell me insurance and making it sound as though it is a condition of my contract that I have to buy it.

This number called my mobile. I did not answer, but wanted to check the number out first. there was no bad report on the number. when I tried to return the call there was no answer then a "click" in the line and a message that the "other person had hung up". this makes me think it s somebody trying to sell you something nobody wants

This number keeps ringing but I don t answer it. They are persistent and a nuisance.

They tell you that your loan has been approved and request details from you. Tell them to go away they are fishing for your details, I have not applied for any credit, ask for your number to be deleated from their marketing details.

A con, tell them to get stuffed..then try ringing back the number.......you can t...seems like this is becoming common now
