SCAM. Automated voice message with a female voice used. Reported to be from Inland Revenue and Customs, and claimed that it was vital that I (or my solicitor) phoned the number back. Threatened drastic legal action if I didn't comply. Hung up immediately after.

Missed call from this number which left voicemail, very heavy African accent, female automated voice, sounded a bit garbled. Said someone was "filing a lawsuit against you, press one now to talk to your caseworker" I ve heard of this scam doing the rounds, I ve now blocked this number and registered it with "Should I answer" app as dangerous scam.

claimed to be from my internet provider-asked me to confirm router was working ok as had received large volume of calls. When I advised I was not at home(despite the fact they had called my landline) heard whispered conversation with a workmate/supervisor,asked to perform the same check on router again I repeated that I was not at home. I ve been called daily by this number but I have a call blocker on my android phone called "Truecaller" (I am not a salesman) which filtered it straight away. It does have apps but is very effective for nuisance callers. Hope this helps.

Think that this is a scam text claiming to be from Vodafone. As when Vodafone normally contact me there is no telephone number from where the text is from.

Settled accident claim (9 months ago, not my fault, no physical injury sustained by me) and eventually accepted small payout after being hounded by solicitors. I imagine they are just random calling after accessing insurance claim/accident data from an unethical source!! Had 3 calls on same day from different unknown / nuisance numbers! Stinks!

Got a call today from this number. The guy didn t introduce himself but said he was from Google marketing and wanted £180 to put my page on a first page search. (I do this myself already). I said I could do what he was offering for next to nothing and at that point the caller got aggressive, I hung up him. He s obviously a chancer trying to scam people out of money.
