Called me twice a day I told them to stop calling and how did they get my number on TPS didn't answer me carried on with his script I said sorry not interested stop calling me and please take my details for their records he ignored me and put the phone down!

This number called, claiming to be from BT, telling me my internet was being hacked and "used for criminal purposes". Clear sounds of a busy call centre in background. Female caller had an Asian accent and called me "Maam" (Drives me crazy!) Why would BT have a call centre in Orkney, employing Asian operatives? I hung up and have now blocked the number.
The first call was something about winning £1000. Since yesterday I have had three calls from 0843 numbers which when I google them are for the same thing making it difficult to block them. I am wondering who passed my number on to them as I only give my number to companies who I am involved with and always refuse my details to be passed on to other parties.
