Knew my phone number, name and email address (although not the one linked to my Amazon account!!Said my prime membership was going to now be £39 a month not £79 a year. I hung up (still not convinced it was a scam but thought they’d email me or cut off my account if not and then I’d sort it) and called Amazon who confirmed it was a phishing phone call!! Be careful
