Over the last two days, have received several calls all from different mobile numbers saying the same thing.
SCAM Called claims to be from BT and ask you to download Quick Support to test your connection. Once they get the 9 digit ID they can then see your screen They ask you to log into websites, copy the url to 'test' the connection. Luckily my pw auto logs in, so I didn't type it. Be wary as on the BT website it does say they wouldn't ask you to screen share
