This number should be a landline from Glasgow - I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... This is probably an automated call using a fake CLR number. If it is called back immediately, it automatically goes to a annoying tune, by tomorrow it will produce "Invalid Number"
