I received an unsolicited call from this number. The caller claimed to be selling stock shares/investment opportunities. The caller would not accept my no as an answer. I politely concluded the call and h8ng up. I cannot say that it is a scam but I have now blocked this number.

The operator said he worked for UK Debt Solutions, it was a bit difficult to understand him because of his Indian like accent and I was right next to some factories thrumming away. This number is from a cold calling company naming themselves Total Review. They want to keep you on your phone as it makes them money. I have been called by a couple of these numbers with the last four digits varying. Just another scam.
