Scam Indian call centre, says internet is broken and tries to get you to download a remote access computer program so they can take over your computer and then claim a ransom from you. Suggest you keep them hanging on the line as long as possible but don't download anything or give them your details. Just string them along and frustrate them. I was offered a number of options to query this but hung up as it was obviously a hoax call. Amazon Prime would not contact in this way.
