SCAM - some paki pretending to be from your internet company saying error messages. I always say I've a fault that means my router gets disconnected when someone's calling but string the scumbags along as long as I can.

SCAM - This number called, automatised voice, telling me that HMRC has a case of fraud against me and if I didnt press 1, a warrant would be issued. I know that if HMRC wanted to get hold of you, the first thing they do is sent you a letter.

claimed to be from my internet provider-asked me to confirm router was working ok as had received large volume of calls. When I advised I was not at home(despite the fact they had called my landline) heard whispered conversation with a workmate/supervisor,asked to perform the same check on router again I repeated that I was not at home. SCAM Fraud Caller said they were from "banking credit control" and wanted my name and date of birth because he had seen fraudulent activity on my card. When I said I had 4 cards he again asked for my name and DOB so I made something up and he said he could definitely see £300 going to Amazon and £1100 as an International Money Transfer to China! I again asked him which of the 4 cards he was talking about and when he said VISA I told him I didn't have a VISA card and he put the phone down.
