They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. Asked for a woman that doesnt live here so explained they must have wrong number. The caller said no matter, are a home owner then? I said irrelevent if I was seeing as they have not contacted me by name so not interested and hung up. Her phone manner was unprofessional and I suspect just dialling random numbers cold calling
