I said no that isn’t and they instantly hung up. Also called yesterday on 01204935761. Blocked both.

They wanted me to confirm who I was, but I don't give any of my details over the phone. I asked again to send me details and he said I see what I can do, he then put the phone down. Definitely scam

Although I ve had 6 calls from this number in the past few days, no idea who it is, as I have absolutely no intention whatsoever of answering calls from numbers I do not recognise, especially if they begin 0845. Phone call from these people. Smooth talking salesman told me name of the company and said they are doing surveys. I answered some questions about the property and then he said they are calling at 7 pm tomorrow to do a property survey and sit down with me and discuss options. I was alarmed and said I do not let strangers into my house. He was persistent so I put the phone down. I wonder if anyone ever agrees to the property survey. They might be genuine, but I reckon it is best not to chance it.
