They rang about an inclusive holiday we had been on which me and my young daughter had been hospitalised and put on a drip due to food poisoning. They have helped me lodge a claim with my tour operator for compensation, free of charge! I don't usually speak to people that cold call me but they have been very helpful indeed.
I have been receiving numerous calls from a slightly amended version of the number given above (020 338 05032) saying exactly the same thing ("HMRC/about to start legal proceedings"). Put them on blocked. I am going to report to BT as well.
