They keep stating that I need to send them my bank statements and have refused to give me her employee number or managers number or a contact for the department she works for.

this is a dangerous number, when called back it goes to a company called RIGHTO not to number dialed.
This is a scam call. Pertaining to be from HMRC and stating legal action to be taken or chose an option.
Rang me on two consecutive days but did not leave me any voicemail! I rang their number & a prerecorded greeting to enquire if I already had insurance, did I want to buy insurance or to wait & speak with an operator - I did not want nor intend to research the number any further but would suggest the number is a legitimate buisness making cold calls from Facebook Users who had clicked on an insurance advert and is probably of neutral impact & not any real risk if you do not pass any details in

Told the caller his records were out of date as they were the last time he called.... so I don't think we have anything to discus. Hung up. I have received 3 text messages from a number claiming to be BTBusiness asking me to call them back at this number or text STOP to 60251. As I don't have an account with BT at all, I've ignored them but 3 messages in 3 days is a bit annoying.

Called but left no medsage. I note that the number had called two others before me.
Replied to several SMS text messages. the text messages contained no number only St Marys club but later appeared on my mobile phone invoice and had originated in Russia. All return texts cost 45p each a total of £2.70 in additional costs.

Amazon Prime scam
Automated call claiming to be from a bank fraud department with suspicious activity on a card for transactions of hundreds of pounds. No bank name was mentioned and it asked to either authorise payments or choose to speak to someone. When no choice was pressed immediately the call was ended.
