Called asking if I had Iphone and if I had internet connection. Repeated the question and hung up when I kept asking what was this for.

Twice so far this number has called me they said hello then they hung up The calls lasted for 9 seconds and 11 seconds respectively Annoying Im waiting for a third call Might be a scam If it was a legit call they would not have hung up My advice is to let them speak let them say who they are let them do all the talking and say nothing

Someone saying they where from a company called UK direct. Asked if they could ask me 5 quick questions. Then proceeded to ask me more and more personal questions before hanging up once I questioned them.

Phoned purporting to be from my bank (spoofed number) . An automated call saying that two unusual transactions had been made on my card , one of £300 to Amazon and another of £400 on a money transfer. Then proceeded to give ‘ press 1’, ‘press 2 ‘ instructions. I just blocked the number. This is a SCAM! AVOID engaging with them!

they sent me an email claiming i will be charged £375 for Norton antivirues renewal. I called them they said they will need to take me through the process of cancellation which involved me being on the computer to fill in the cancellation form. However when I started the process I immediately suspected it was scam and called them out for being scammer. They claim they are from the Amex fraud team, and told you that your Amex account is scammed and tried to help you block your Amex account. They also told you your iPhone is hacked and all your information in iCloud is in another phone, so all your bank accounts are in danger and you need to block all your bank accounts, and asked you what other bank accounts you have. IMPORTANT!!!! AWARE!!! They will ask you to download an app from Anydesk.com, DON'T do it. This is an app for them to control your mobile

Fraudulent txt. I was expecting a parcel delivery and received a txt from this number asking for my name, postcode and date of birth. It then asked for my debit card details, this request made me suspicious so obviously I didn't continue. My usual delivery man has just delivered my parcel and confirmed this would have been a fraudulent txt. Please do be careful, this txt seemed legitimate.

Rang me claiming to be from ‘social housing’, I queried which one and she said ‘the council’. Told her to stop harassing me and she starts saying ‘you’re no one, who do you think you are telling me what to do’. She not so politely got told where to go.

Tried to convince me of life insurance. The fact the number comes up as potential spam on the modern phone should be encouragement enough to upgrade just for this fact. Block it.

Asian voice called me claiming to be from EE, offering 40% off charges. I could see it was an Inverness number so said I didn't believe he was from EE, at which point he said I could fcuk myself! Number now blocked.

No one else seems to have searched for it (the other search with no review was still me). I'm not completely sure. But this number doesn't appear anywhere on Google (while other legit places' number appear with the source). It feels very untrustworthy. The call on itself was strange. A machine voice said that a letter was returned, and that legal actions will be implemented. It didn't explain why would the return of said letter would require legal actions nor the content of the letter. Very iffy.

Scam call saying my visa card (I don't have one!) had been used and they are the Security anti fraud department. This type of scam asks you to press a button and then they will go on to ask you to prove you have the card by giving them info from it.

I was in a different room but heard a voice coming from the phone. How can they do that? The voice had gone by the time I got to the phone and I was too far away too hear what it said, but I have now blocked it as no one I know would do that.

SCAM Foreign sounding man asked if my name was ###### when I answered "Who's asking?" he hung up. Number has now been blocked.

Just had a message from this numbet “Unable to pay your Debts/Bills see if you can apply to write them off and freeze the interest/ charges reply YES.” I haven’t and won’t respond. Suspect it’s a scam
