This is a telephone scammer. The call pretends to be from HMRC asking to call them back because they want to speak to your solicitor, give a name you are supposed to ask for (sorry I can't remember it, David something) they add that there will be consequences for not calling them back. Despite telling the caller everyday that I am not 'Mr Evans', they proceed to call this number. My phone reports this number as 'Alison Twiss', although a search for this number returns no such company so it is very clearly just a spam caller.
