Got to say as well, for the Home, BT’s ’Call Guardian’ phones are a serious piece of kit! Stops Cold Callers dead in their tracks. I’ve never had such blissfull peace since getting one a couple of years ago. EVERY HOME SHOULD THEM AS STANDARD! Folks, buy your elderly / vulnerable relatives and friends one for Christmas, etc... they’ll thank you forever and you’ll get peace of mind knowing they’re protected from scammers.

I said "if you tell me who is calling I will fetch her for you" and she hung up. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 16181423xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with pensions, PPI, claims marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Guys did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
