It is almost certainly a scammer using a spoofed number. You cannot report it as it does not originate from the UK.

I m receiving calls from Red Star Financial Management on a weekly basis now. Often twice a week. It s the usual robocalls: My phone rings (either my landline of my smartphone), I answer it, a recorded voice comes on to say, "Please wait while an adviser attends your call", and most times some poor young loser introducing him or herself from Red Star Financial Management asks questions about a bank loan I may have taken out in the 17th century. Mr Peter Johnson (Foreign Accent) Rang me and told me that my internet connection was slow. If i logged onto a site it could help speed it up. He was from BT Techical Help. Thing is i am not with BT and dont have Internet at the address that he rang me on! Numbers given me to ring as well were 0208 36 93 520 and 0137 54 12383

Called wanting to talk to me about an accident that wasn t my fault but didn t know my name - hung up when I asked what date this accident was supposed to have happened.

Rude guy called Alex refused to say what it was about except to say it was about 'company litigation' - clearly a bullying cold caller

Phone rang from this number (9 Jan 19 approx. 09:15). No reply from other end when I answered.

How did they get my number? Ex directory and knew my surname? Did not get who they were when asked.

They keep phoning me and when I answer I get a loud beep before the calls cuts out.
