"Security" guy was abrupt and rude demanding personal details. When I queried why he needed these details (if genuine call he should know) he simply hung up

SCAM Had a call from this number claiming to be Microsoft and they wanted access to my computer. I told him it was a scam as Microsoft never phone or text you so I ended the call.
This number called me today. Didn't recognise it so didn't answer. If it's a "real" call they will leave a voicemail. They didn't, therefore more than likely to be some kind of scam. Number blocked, suggest you do the same!
