I signed up online and they are calling to offer help and advice with the service - to try and keep me as a customer - but that s OK

Tried ringing back and had a voice saying this number is not recognised. Strange.

Asian sounding company keep phoning saying they are doing marketing, then proceed to ask a string of questions about age, marital status, life insurance, phone provider, IT provider, TV package provider. I kept saying I didn t want any more phone calls and where this information was going, he kept ignoring me and asking the same questions saying they would not contact again but wouldn t say that they would not pass the information on to other parties. Young female, said I had had an accident in the past 2/3 yrs which was non fault, I have not! When asked where she had my number from as registered with TPS she completely blanked me and spoke over me, said goodbye and hung up. Very annoyed!
