The welsh lady was on phone to me for 25 mins, we discussed scam requests and I asked if this was similar to the money club where they give a £1 one month trial then take £99 out of your account, not a £1, then five months later take another £99 and so on. My elderly unwell mother recived a call from this number and was told there is a discrepancy on her amazon account where someone is trying to order a iPhone the caller asked my mum to download an app onto her phone which she did but before she opened the app my dad took the phone off my mother and asked some questions then hung up. I called over and removed the app for her the app if activated would have given the caller remote access to mums phone.
