Claimed to be from "Alba Services", saying that "money has been allocated" for improving energy efficiency in homes. Told me that they got the phone number from a "homeowner database" but wouldn t give any further info. It must be a crap database as this is a newsagents shop.... Chancing scammers.

I had an accident back it april and its all been sorted by my solicitor. This company keeps calling and trying to make me clain for a passenger in my vehicle that wasn t there.
