Automated message saying there is a Tax Fraud Case against me, I didn't answer the call but they left a voicemail and this is how I know what they were after. Checked with HMRC and guess what, Another SCAM.

Another scam call from "The Advisors", trying to sell premium savings on life insurance. 'Paul' tells me their website is at theadvisors.co.uk - visiting that results in a rather empty webpage from the domain owner trying to sell the domain for £800. No proper website in place! It's the second call I've got from 'Paul' at The Advisors this week, I blocked his previous number, which was 07723553123. You can spot a pattern in these numbers, they're 0772355xxxx. Went to Usay Compare to try and save money on my current health insurance plan. Not only did they save me over £100 a month but also significantly improved my cover. The representative Charles McGibney was polite and professional and I would certainly use them again. Janet Barker, Basildon.
SCAM Called claims to be from BT and ask you to download Quick Support to test your connection. Once they get the 9 digit ID they can then see your screen They ask you to log into websites, copy the url to 'test' the connection. Luckily my pw auto logs in, so I didn't type it. Be wary as on the BT website it does say they wouldn't ask you to screen share

Person on the phone told him he was calling from HMRC, quoted some references that sounded legit, including the details of an arrest warrant because of unpaid taxes... But then when he tried to ask questions, person on the phone became really aggressive... Which only wound my partner up and made him ask more questions. In the end, the caller hung up and my partner phoned our work to query... They then put him on to HMRC fraud line. It was the 3

If you DO NOT recognise this, please visit https://blockchain.idauth.exchange This is clearly a scam/ploy, as I have no association whatsoever with 'Blockchain Exchange' and never even heard of it before now. Young adult at home at the time answered phone and was asked for detailed information about person they wanted to speak to. Fortunately another adult nearby took over call. Upsetting and intrusive.
