I said it?s a lot of personal questions for marketing! She said oh this is the last question til we do the surgery...I hung up now blocked!!

Called claiming to be from virgin media. Asked to press ctrl and r on your computer. This is the start of the process to allow remote access. I'm aware of someone who did this and then had an attempt to have internet banking set up. Someone else had their bank account emptied after doing what they asked. I told them I wasn't prepared to do anything as was aware of scams from people claiming to be calling from virgin media. They hung up straightaway then.
