This number only rings once, I feel it's a scam to get people to call back at a high rate number, if in doubt just block.
Called from this number and always ask for a female or last call just had heavy breathing. I have blocked the number as just harassment from a kid call center.
Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2036344xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with energy comparison schemes, government grants, green energy, but also classical PPI, insurance marketing - accident chasers. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
