Cold-calling to do with promoting books on Amazon.com for self-published authors. I am not the person they’re trying to contact, although they have the same name. Poor research on their part. They also have my email address. It looks like a London number, but I’m not 100% convinced that it’s UK based. They referred to Amazon.com, not Amazon.co.uk. Caller had an American accent. This number calls me frequently. They claim to be Call Blocking Department. They appear to have my name but do not pronounce it correctly. I tell them I'm not interested, and ask them not to call me again. Irony of ironies, they keep calling. Without any firm evidence, I would say it reeks of a scam.

This is a genuine number from santander fraud team. I was suspicious of the number so I rang it and explained I felt it was a scam and the advisor told me to ring the number on the back of my card which I did. And the fraud team confirmed that the text message was genuine and was from santander.
Missed call, no message and coming up as a mobile in Manchester or Liverpool area, so pretty sure its 99% a scam as I dont know anyone in this area and I do seem to get a lot of scam numbers.

This phone number is listed on Google as a Thai restaurant but seems to be the new phone number for Complete Mathematics. I had to block them previously as they would not stop SPAM calling and now they have a new phone number. This is a reputable company who is allowing their image to be tarnished by these constant calling practices. SPAM

Just been called from this number claiming to be from BT Openreach wanting my Internet details as my security had been compromised. When challenged the caller was rude and hung up on me.This website suggests the phone is based near Greater Manchester but a phone locator website suggests it is based in London. Calling the number back yielded no response.

SCAM This started out as a text asking if i was Anna. They werent sure they had the right No. I said no it wasnt. They then initiated a conversation which soon led to them asking for personal info. They gave me this No, saying it was their company No and i could join their private Whatsapp so we could exchange photos. When I started asking about what they said was their home town, they stopped replying...unsurprisingly. The No they were texting from is a deffinate scam No, so this No is likely dangerous
