These people obtain, STEAL, your tel. number from your ip address via metadata. Ever come accross annoying adverts when browsing online which doesn t let you close? ie. Engadget, youtube etc... Mine was a survey which popped up whilst online and I had to wait 20secs inorder to dismiss that advert. Enduring the agonising 20 secs. Recorded call that states there is urgent news about your pension bonus-how stupid do they think we are! I have had a number of these calls over the last couple of weeks. Dialing 1471 gives this number 0161 752 0020. I have not contacted this number nor will I, this is quite obviusly a scam of some sort.

I had a call on my phone after activating my SIM which had been dormant for 12 months with Orange/EE They did not leave a message. Strange they got my number 24hrs after reactivating SIM!!!

This person called asking about a boiler think it was a cold call sad to say I don't trust any body.

Calling constantly with different numbers. They ask me about my prepaid meter. I don t have one, so I think they are calling randomly. Sellers.
