SPAM - called and left no message! If any call in my opinion is legitimate, a voicemail message should be left giving the recipient a chance to return the communication after careful consideration! Normally if the caller is reluctant to leave voicemail it’s because they are trying to extract info out of you via questionable means without any recourse. If that’s not the case then surly a voicemail with their info would be reasonable would it not ?

Scammer pretending to be from BT. Said hackers were active on my BT account and wanted all kinds of information about my broadband and devices. I'm not with BT so refused and he threatened to disconnect my service if I didn't comply... Absolute scum - beware!

Caller claimed to be from EE customer service, told me I have a good credit rating and I was inline for an upgrade, I informed her I was not an EE customer so then she said I must be an O2 customer, I told her I wasnt and she then droppped the carrier on me as I was suspicious.

This number called me today saying with an automated message that there was a fraudulent charge for a US gambling site and if I wanted to no more I was to press one. 100% SCAM DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS!!! The bank would never phone u with an automated call and not identify themselves and ask u to press numbers like this. This is so they can get access to ur details. These people r TOTAL SCUM. The caller with a strong foreign accent (possibly Indian) stated he was calling from BT Openreach about potential problem with my internet connection. So I thanked him for calling and hung up, as it sounded like it might be an all too frequent scam call.
