I received a call from this number, when I answered they hung up, however the call seemed to continue. I think this is some sort of scam.

they call themselves fly travels, i paid ?450, then ?955, for the flights, and they did not issue tickets, apparently its not even registered.so please be careful with these people.I have reported it to the police.

Knew my name and address tried to persuade me to claim PPI on credit cards. They would not tell me how they got my details! and then were very aggressive by saying if i didn t do it then red star would get to keep my money!! Poor tactics!!

I got a call from a lady what sounded like an Australian accent, asking about a PPI claim with my bank. She was unable to identify any further information about me, other than the fact I am owed a refund back from my bank. Which she could not identify which bank owes me this money. A very dubious sounding Rachel left a voicemail on our business number claiming to be from BT requesting an email address for our IT/Office Manager regarding our BT Internet update. We do not have BT Internet!! Yet another dodgy scam to avoid.

Odd call from Mike at TPL . Said he was an agent looking to sell landlords. Wouldn t go in to detail; took a while and some prodding to just get that. Wouldn t explain what his company was. Quick to get off the phone after getting an email address (generic one given, of course!).

Guy spoke -very fast- perfect English. Claimed to work for Connect / Openreach / Plusnet and wants to save me 35%. I always put the phone down on such charitable calls from unknown individuals.
