Claimed to be barclaycard calling about a refund which was processed through my payment acceptance facility. Left a voicemail asking me to call them back on a premium rate number. Seemed very professional but I do not deal eith barclays whatsoever.

CALLED, DIDN T ANSWER, LOOKED ON HERE FIRST, PROMPTLY BLOCKED. EASY. IM AT A STAGE NOW I CANT BE ARSED TO ANSWER/SPEAK TO THESE ANNOYANCES ANYMORE SO LOOK UP MISSED CALLS AT END OF DAY/WEEK - LABEL THEM IN MY PHONE BOOK AND THEN BLOCK THEM. SAVES ME LOOSING MY MARBLES. :-)

29 Oct 2021 - Bloody scammers wanting personal information and spoke with a forgein Asian accent. Told the F O and blocked them Reporting to Ofcom as I'm totally fed with unsolicited calls. After doing an online insurance comparison on go compare, they call 2 or 3 time in quick succession until you answer. They are just following up your quotation, but if I do a comparison on line, it s because I don t want the hassle of talking to people like this on the phone. Ironically, they were the cheapest quote but it did put me off a little. I ve still got 2 days to decide and will probably go with them so they don t really need to be doing these "follow up" calls.
