They use a dialler to make contact and do not charge for their service. If you agree to have a surveyor visit your home they are polite and helpful. Their home assessment is free of charge. If they identify an issue they bring it to you attention. They then compare your home's issue with previous case studies.
Knew it would be a nuisance call by the number so did not answer,but it still got me to the phone .even more of a nuisance
