It s MacKenzie Hall. A debt collection agency full of scammers and shysters. Their offices are in Kilmarnock. They use an area call router to pretend that they re local to you which will hopefully persuade you to answer and then you ll ave an automated message asking you to contact them or an agent (scumbag) trying to coerce your details from you in a (poor) attempt to scam you.
