I said I don't drive (although I do), to which he said one of your family members must have had an accident. He said he got my number from the travel accident bureau, but he couldn't tell me what my name is! I asked what he would do if I did have an accident, and he said he would put me through to his supervisor, and I said, 'right and your supervisor will take my card details

Silent call - didn’t recognise number so was suspicious from the start. Answered by saying ’hello’ - line then goes dead. I guess the point is to call back and fall into some sort of scam. This happens so many times.
I got a phone call from this number claiming to be from Microsoft. (Indian call handler) They said my computer was compromised but I don’t own a computer so knew it was a scam. I kept talking to them to waste their time and then eventually told them I’d be reporting them to police. She tried to convince me still they were legitimate. Utilities Said they were from Virgin media, Indian Accent, knew my name. Said they wanted to make sure is was getting the best service then asked for first line of address and post code, which i didn't give. My view is that if I felt I wasn't getting a good service then I would contact them. All in all an unwanted call.

I have asked them three times to delete my contact details under the GDPR "right to be forgotten" and they simply get abusive. Information 07355 118732 sent me a text message. HSBC: Direct Debit successfully set up to EE for 183GBP, if this was NOT YOU call us on 01313785729. I don`t bank with HSBC, but anyway, tried to call the number given. This just rings for a couple of minutes then get a message saying the mailbox is full. Therefore, both the mobile and landline numbers given are SPAM.
