I received a missed call from this number, when called back heard a musical tone (no ringing) answered straight away and knew my name as my number hadn't been blocked. Asked to whom I was speaking and was advised that it was the "Motor Investigation Bureau" regarding a recent minior incident. 23 Nov 2021 - Silence at first, then a click and background call centre noise. An Asian person then said "Hello Maam, it's "Jacks from Carphone Warehouse. How are you today?"
