Scam, they are calling using numbers from Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol and using Mobiles. If you call them out on it they instantly hang up. I've had the same man on the phone 8 times now using different numbers.

I received a text from this number saying my apple pay was temporarily deactivated, and a link to reactivate it. Upon clicking the link I was then asked for my name, address and date of birth, and then got suspicious when asked for my full card details. Quick look on google found it is a know scam. Beware.

Think it’s a scammer on FB, has hacked into an account on there and pretending to be a widower living in Bedford. The phone is being used in the Preston area. I have blocked before he tries to extract money from me. He will not send current face photo with today’s date in his hand so I know it is a scammer. The FB profile hacked looks very American not Uk. Spam call, claiming to be HMRC and that a letter addressed to me has been returned. States legal action will be taken against me and advises to press 1 to speak to one of their officers.
Did not pick up as dont know anyone in the UK - live in Australia.

SCAM - Man with an a strong Indian accent asking if I had had an accident, his name apparently was Sam Mohammed (clearly made up). I said I don't drive (although I do), to which he said one of your family members must have had an accident. He said he got my number from the travel accident bureau, but he couldn't tell me what my name is! I asked what he would do if I did have an accident, and he said he would put me through to his supervisor, and I said, 'right and your supervisor will take my card details

Fraud Got a phone call from this number. I answered the call and nobody answered for about 20 seconds. Then a very thick Indian accent said "Hello, this is Jenny from BT Openreach.....". I replied "No your not...your a scammer" and hung up. I know and live in this dialing code and there are no BT Openreach offices in this area. Given the accent and that it is BT Openreach (which I don't even use) I suspect this is an Indian based scam call centre.

Absolute scam, falsely claiming to be a credit resolution company.
SCAM Caller claimed to be from Amazon Prime stating that my account was expiring today. I played along to see what the method was and she asked me to download an app to my phone which would allow her to take control of it. Clearly looking to get people's account and card details too. I rang off once I knew the method.

Supposedly from Evri, text says need to pay£1.45 to have my parcel redirected or it will be returned to sender. As I haven't sent for anything it is obviously a scam.
Sounds like a robot call from a bank anti fraud call. That's why I looked the number up. Since the number hasn't come up on search I can. Only assume its a scam. Anybody else had a call like this? It seems very real
