Not 9961 but 9960. Called Andy as well. I was trying to hire a minibus.
scam: presumed a scam - this person called and sounded like an asian person (chinese?) fro somewhere in London. The call came in as a known person in my phone list so I answered it - really weird! I put the phone down.
