Apparently won £750 voucher from Tescos obviously bogus and a scam. Didn't click link or do scything but block it. Some day people may not fall for this rubbish.
SCAM They said I won 50k and tried to persuade me to give them one time password that they sent to my number. But that text had a warning not to share the password with anyone, not even a member of a staff. So I simply hung up.

Text message from this number claiming to be my child in a dire situation involving a smashed phone, lack of money etc. No name given and clearly a fake message. Did not provide my bank details.
This number called me on 28.04.23. Supposedly, a message from my bank to inform that my debit card had been used for suspicious purchases. To cancel the 2 transactions and speak to an agent press 1, which I did. A woman with a very strong foreign accent requested my name, date of birth and address in order to make the cancellation. She then asked for my card sort code, which rang alarm bells. I told her that if she was calling from my bank she should already know that and I would ring them. She hung up.

I've worked in customer service multiple times, one thing I've been told which is common sense is not to spam our customers with calls, maximum I'd call is 2 times for a single customer then stop. Whoever's number this is has been calling everyday for the past few weeks which is 100% a scam. They claim to be e-on which is fake because their number isn't on e-ons website + they wouldn't be calling everyday. By the time their call ended, and I got through to O2 (max 10 minutes), they’d already changed my email and postal addresses. O2 tell me the only time they will ask for the OTP is when a customer calls them. Looks like I stopped them in time, all details now changed, and security info changed, but be careful people.
