the man knew my name and said he was calling about insurance for a reported car accident. I said I had joined TPS and that it was unsolicited call - he hung up
Recorded message 1/8/18 9:30am about "Windows scrappage scheme" a "government initiative" press button to opt in press another button to be removed from list. I did nothing as I am concerned pressing a button can reroute call to a premium rate chargeable call. We are on TPS, renewed regularly, so this call is unlikely to be a reputable company.
