When I asked them to give me details, they become more aggressive and sternly ask you to confirm you have been in an accident until they finally hang up. Very irritating and very unprofessional. I've blocked the number.

Apparently I have had a car accident? I must have been sleeping at the time! Recorded message that has long spaces between questions so must be recording answers. I am registered with TPS so shouldn't even get these calls.
This is aqua credit card. They called because I had attempted to make a large transaction. They asked me if I made that transaction and two other recent transactions. They knew who the transactions were with and for how much, and the caller addressed me by name. Basically, I’m convinced it was really them. To verify they were talking to me, I was asked for the first line of my address and postcode, my date of birth and the first two letters of my memorable information.

Warning - This is not Extra Energy despite what they claim. Our company has an account with Extra Energy already and when I gave our account number to them they just claimed it wasn t valid and continued with their aggressive sales pitch. I asked them to remove our number and hung up. After checking with the real Extra Energy via their website number, they confirmed that our company does have a valid account and that this number is a fake.
