The first call was something about winning £1000. Since yesterday I have had three calls from 0843 numbers which when I google them are for the same thing making it difficult to block them. Caller was an Indian man giving the name of James from a “health” company- have had similar calls before from different numbers so obviously a call centre, want to know details of your vaccination status, etc, then ends up with a “life cover review” and asks you to accept new life cover from them. Caller did not like fact I knew this and I immediately said I am not looking to review my life cover, he told me to “grow up” and hung up!

The man, after saying he was from Talk Talk, asked me how I was doing today. They must read from a script. Ignoring this, I asked whom he wanted to speak to. After he had said "The main account holder" I asked him to hold on. It was almost three minutes before he rang off. I knew what the rest of his script would have been - very dangerous for anyone who falls for this trickery.
