No idea why it rang my private number. On answering it very loudly played the engaged tone - no-one there! I had not tried to ring the number myself before or since. This call was logged at 1624 on 16 March 2023.

A message in a Chinese language was left by whoever dialled the number. Possibly automated. This happened today at 14:47PM and also on numerous occasions in the past. What is strange about this automated message in Chinese, is that I keep hearing it a lot and it is over a year now since this happened, the only difference is that, I see other UK numbers which was displayed on my phone and the same automated message is heard. I have no clue what the message is all about!

Is 100% definitely DVLA. The number was quoted at the top of a letter from them which was sent with the returned application for renewal of my licence as I hadn't filled in all the required information.
Ethnic gentalman offering Medic alarm personal system for free when challenged suddly came up as only £39. 00p per month for 1st 6 months (Not exactly free) try to confuse me with medical science I am a retired Paramedic so when I presented some possible medical situations using medical words the phone went silent. DO NOT fall for this as the system he was offering is free under NHS for vulnerable.

SCAM They ask you to tell them the OTP - one time password code that they request to be sent to your phone. If you tell them the code they can order anything from Amazon Prime and use any save payment details associated with your account. DO NOT TELL THEM THE SIX DIGIT CODE!!!

They then went on to ask lots of questions like what my salary / wage is, insurance questions. My thought is that they try to keep you on the line and you pay for the time

SCAM This number was the first of three (others were 0208 888 7676 and 01782 254545) which I received on 17th and 18th July 2023, telling me I had security problems with users accessing my computer files. SPAM - This one of the many numbers 07700134nnn used by quantum ai - Roehm finance. If you do sign up you will be constantly phoned at least 7-8 times a day. For something that is meant to be algo trading you would of expected the whole thing to be on line but in fact it is just CFDs. Beware!!!
