This is the same company "CA services" or "C A Services" that his mate calls from. They share the same phone scrambler which generates these random numbers....

Insulation I have received several calls from Chris on this number over the past few months. He tries to arrange an energy assessment on my house (which no doubt will result in a sales pitch for loft insulation etc).
