He asked me to go to the router and tell him what colour the lights were. I told him I'd noticed he didn't say my name when I answered the phone, so said I suspect he's not from Sky. Well apparently you gotta pay £40 as a deposit. Now..Im not sure is this company is legit but it s not worth the risk. Do not accept..Ask for more details like I did. The man just got disinterested and hung up on me. He was impolite and rude.

SCAM - claim to be from Sky broadband technical team. I questioned this and they started shouting at me and making threats. They were ordering me to turn on my computer and go to a website. I told them no, I wouldn't do this. He then said that he wasn't asking me to pay him money, not that I'd ever mentioned this. I told him he had about as much chance of getting money out of me as I Prince Philip did of seeing Christmas, I don't think he got the joke. He continued to threaten me. Told me to watch out
