Didn t answer the call and came here to check the number. Lots of these apparently foreign numbers are actually originating in the UK by using software diallers that mask the caller s true location.As other posters suggest, a good rule of thumb is - if the number looks suspicious it probably is.

SCAM Call starts with an automated message telling you that there is an arrest warrant out for you for underpaid tax and tax fraud.
