Asian voice claiming to be called Richard from Global Pension Advisors who knew my name. When he asked me how I was I put the phone down. Tried to sell me loft insulation, told he I ve got recently on a grant. Then went onto cavity wall insulation,, can t have that done, not got proper cavity walls.
