Had a call at 1221 today, 12 Jan 17 but caller left no message, so obviously a scam/spoof/marketing call. Tried ringing the number back but got a Sky Voicemail Service. Tried calling the number again at 1530 this afternoon, only to have an automated message saying the Voicemailbox was full & could not take any more messages. Claimed to be from "Alba Services", saying that "money has been allocated" for improving energy efficiency in homes. Told me that they got the phone number from a "homeowner database" but wouldn t give any further info. It must be a crap database as this is a newsagents shop.... Chancing scammers.

SCAM!! Received a call from "David" from carphone warehouse. He called me "Mam" on the phone, and when i asked him what my name was, he said their privacy policy didn't allow them to see names, just numbers. I said I didn't accept calls from people if they didn't know my name and his reply was "are you deaf or something?" I didn't get the chance to answer his question as he swiftly hung up! Clearly a scammer of some sort! AVOID!!
