Received a call from this number from a man sounding of Indian decent- claiming he was from Microsoft Corp and was calling because they were receiving warning signals from my computer. My comp is a laptop and not always connected to the Internet at all times. He told me they were receiving the messgs now and asked was I near my computer? I used to work for America Online waaaaay back in the day when it was the only online internet provider in the CAT team and have seen my share of scams. I decided to play a
silent call number unknown to me.

This number called me today, said she was calling from the Nationwide Building Society. The female Indian caller knew my name, told me my postcode and asked me to confirm if it was correct. I told her I don t have an account with Nationwide and that she s a scammer after my personal details.... then hung up on her haha!

This number should be a landline from areas of Cannock, Lichfield, Burntwood, Brownhills and Hednesford - I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but no luck.
