Hung up as soon as she said that but she first identified herself as being from Adept Consulting - I actually have a real client with the same business name which is why I carried on the call! Ignored but just as phone began to ring I received a one-time-passcode from O2. This is a well known scam, they ask for the passcode, then use the passcode to enter your account, lock you out, order new handsets etc. and leave you with the £1,500 bill for a new iPhone. Don't let these cunts catch you out and warn your less fraud-savvy relatives

(Even if you don’t have a VISA account! It encourages you to press 1 to speak to an adviser (someone will answer but however reassuring they are they DON’T work for VISA. They will keep you on the line while they empty your bank account after which, you’ll have lost all your money to them! DON’T press 1! Hang
