Someone wants to know where you are and that it is you answering the phone. That is why you get these calls several times daily even if you have told you are not interested.

SCAM This started out as a text asking if i was Anna. They werent sure they had the right No. I said no it wasnt. They then initiated a conversation which soon led to them asking for personal info. They gave me this No, saying it was their company No and i could join their private Whatsapp so we could exchange photos. My phone diverts numbers not in my phone book to voicemail. If a message is left I consider responding. No message I block. This number left no message so it’s blocked.

SPAM / SCAM / ANNOYING - where did they get out telephone number from? The call was supposedly about old windows and doors scrappage scheme - to see if we were eligible. It seemed that the caller at the other end of the telephone may have been AI rather than an actual person as 'he' didn't actually comment on what I had answered but just went onto the next question. I therefore asked if it was a real person or AI and if it was AI, then I wasn't interested, and hung up.

DIdn't let him go any further asked how he got my number as I'm not a customer and haven't requested any telemarking calls. He said my network provider had given it to them and named them. Threw me a bit as it was my provider. I asked if he had my name then, he said he didn't know it, so they obviously have obtained a list from somewhere. I hung up at that point.
