Who is this. It says that it originates form Manchester but it was some sort of call centre. Who are they? Does anybody know? But my advice is not to answer them because it cost...

Looks like another Scam or Fraud as I'm not due any delivery's and the Post Office leave a card through your door when they can't get an answer, also I was in the whole day, I have reported the text message and number to the Ofcom scam text number: 7726 must be the 7th number I've reported now since I found the number to report scams to.
